Sterling Silver Massive Bloodstone Pendant (100 grams)

When you absolutely deserve to be noticed by everyone in the room. An antique 19th century octagonal bloodstone cabochon from a Scottish box lid was upcycled and given new life as a contemporary large-scale pendant set in gleaming sterling silver. The stone is a brilliantly contrasting bloodstone-- always a rare and hard to find stone with this deep green and splashes of fiery orange. The impact of the color is muted in dim indoor lighting and is very dramatic in sunlight. Condition is near perfect (stone has a subtle chip on one extreme edge. Maker's mark on the reverse as well as 'STER'. Questions welcomed and answered. Please note, this is a large stone and a heavy pendant. It will likely not tolerate being dropped or mistreated well. Please consider wearing it with the care it deserves.
