Khmer Cambodian Cast Bronze Ayutthaya Buddha on Wood Pedestal

A nicely cast Khmer Cambodian cast bronze Ayutthaya Buddha on wood pedestal which is about 10.5" in height with the stand (head by itself is 7.5"). The Buddha, of a traditional style, peers forward serenely. Some natural inclusions from the casting process. This piece was recently recovered from the Washington DC area estate of a US Foreign Service Officer who was stationed in Cambodia, and was at one time Vice Consul of Egypt. Condition is perfect.
