A large antique Chinese jade two-sided plaque relief carved somewhat naively in Burmese jadeite, featuring a woman approached by a man as she stands on a rocky outcrop in the mountains beneath a willow tree. The reverse features a pair of flowers. There is some russet at the edge as if it may have been framed in wood for a long period of time. It is engraved fully on both sides.
