A very unique and well crafted Chinese miniature perfume bottle or perhaps small tea caddy made in the Art Deco taste and closely mimicking a glass perfume decanter, including a 'cut glass' top! Holds about 8 fluid ounces. Condition is excellent and this is made of a good heavy gauge. Marked at the bottom with 足銀 (99% pure silver) and for the maker Hong Xing 宏㒷. This maker's workshop primarily produced miniature items as novelties. That said, this would be perfect for aftershave as the stopper is removable (does not screw in but fits nicely).
