c. 1895 Neresheimer & Son Sterling Silver (13 Loth) Figural Spoon Made in Hanau, Germany

A classic solid silver (13 lothige, 13/16 silver) Hanau figural tablespoon with cast handle. Features the figure of a man with a broad trifoliate flat rimmed hat as the terminal. Putti and sea serpents along the handle. Fancy engravings of grapes on the obverse of the bowl and a rattail. No monograms. Marks are partial but clear enough. Condition is good with no major issues! Can you imagine what a wonderful gift it will be?! I don't think it will be easy to find another this good.
Marked at the bottom with the silver pseudomarks of B. Neresheimer & Sohne of Hanau, Germany.
