Gorgeous oversized silver serving spoon made by the American silversmiths Baldwin & Cowles (Elyria, Ohio) around 1835. Piece is signed, and has a very nice monogram 'GD'. Almost 9.5" long and about 45 grams. Silver content tests at greater than 90%. Condition is good with some minor edge wear to the bowl as shown. Perfect for the Thanksgiving or Christmas table!
