Ancient Roman or Greek Carved Stone Marble Dildo

$1,500.00
Fascinating object. This item is universally believed to be an ancient carved stone dildo, possibly from ancient Rome or Greece. The item has the shape of a phallus with head, shaft etc. Simple incised line decorations are also present. Length of the penetrative portion appears to be about 5.25" with a circumference of about 7" at the largest portion. Total length including the handle is 10". Certainly a conversation piece, and another example is difficult to identify. If you happen to know more about this item, would love to hear from you! Origin is unknown. Purchased from an Ohio estate. Condition is good with a rich patina and only one small chip at the tip. Check out some of my other antiques: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DCSILVERSHOP?ref=shop_sugg§ion_id=6783258 Or just wander around the shop! https://www.etsy.com/shop/DCSILVERSHOP
