Nice vintage English (Birmingham) sterling silver wine coaster with gorgeous hand-turned wood inset and a beaded rim. Condition is good vintage with light surface scratches as shown in photos. Some wear to the original felt at the bottom. Stamped for B & Co, Birmingham, sterling, and 1991 with a maker mark. Gauge of silver is fairly light-- 127 grams. Could be monogrammed.
5.5” in diameter and 1 3/8" tall-- perfect for a standard 1.5L bottle and slightly larger.
