Classic Philadelphia coin silver sugar spoon by James Watts of Philadelphia and retailed by Voute & Groff. An upturned fiddleback, nicely monogrammed "HPC" in a fancy script. These makers exhibited in Philadelphia. Length is 7". Light to medium gauge (certainly adequate for sugar).
