1835-50 Coin Silver Tablespoon by Charles Brewer of Middletown, Connecticut

$66.00
An early Middletown, Connecticut coin silver tablespoon by a scarce maker Charles Brewer. Engraved for 'JT' with a heavy hand. Stamped for maker, C. Brewer in a worn mark inside his rectangular cartouche. Approximately 35 grams and 8.5". Made ca. 1835-50. Condition is very good and note that this spoon is of a lighter gauge (though it is reasonable) as you would expect from a more provincial silversmith. Check out some of my other sterling silver here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/neurorocker?section_id=6783258 Or just browse around the shop! http://www.etsy.com/shop/neurorocker
