Classic antebellum American teaspoon set in the fiddle pattern. Nicely engraved "GN" in a fancy script. Downturned terminal. Marked with the pseudomarks of bust, D, Eagle [Reference: McGrew]. Two spoons also are marked 'T. Cook', and known but not characterized maker [see Belden].
