A rare selection of eight spoons made by Nashua silversmith and businessman, William D Beasom for Nashua resident Lucy A Smith in the years 1831-34. Each spoon is personailzed L A Smith in fancy script on the handle front and then stamped W D Beasom & Co NASHUA on the handles. This set has four sizes of spoons. There is the large serving spoon (some wear to the bowl on this one), a small serving spoon, three tablespoons, and three teaspoons.
