A large coin silver serving spoon by Pliny Dickinson (hallmarked 'P. Dickinson & Co.') of Springfield, MA 1820-1822. Spoon is a fiddleback pattern with a Hanoverian upturned terminal. Minor surface wear, scratches and minor dints in the bowl. Slight right handed wear at the bowl tip. Hallmark is worn. Just under 9" in length. Lightly monogrammed 'AEB' in a gorgeous script.
