A group of c. 1815 six matching Harvey Lewis of Philadeklphia teaspoons with a classic early 1800s profile. Several are marked 'H. Lewis' in a plain cartouche on the stem back and with a period monogram 'D'. Gorgeous! Roughly 5.5" and 80 grams. Condition is very good with surface scratching and some minor tip loss. Gauge of silver is light but not flimsy. Tipped-back fiddle handle with "D" monogram. Ref: Hollan - Philadelphia Silversmiths, p. 120, lower mark. Condition is outstanding with a perfect patina.
