Nice ca. 1785 celtic point tablespoon pair by Isaac Sanford of Hartford, Connecticut. Monogrammed on the front, 'CC' in a period script. Minor wear to these including modest tip wear on one; nothing serious. Nice early Connecticut coin silver spoons. 101 grams. About 9.5" long. These have a very interesting and unique feature which is the little notch about a third of the way down the handle. This is very unusual and I have never seen it before in American silver.
