Offered is a scarce pair of ca 1710 Britannia standard tablespoons attributed to Lawrence Coles. Marks are fairly worn, but the lion's head erased and Britannia are evident as is a weak Co mark for maker Coles. Probably monogrammed later and updated from Hanoverian to Old English to fit the style of a later time. Length: just under 8” Weight: 110 grams on the pair Price is firm.
